CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) policy has been developed pursuant to Section 135 of the Companies Act 2013 and relevant rules prescribed therein (“Act”).

VISION & OBJECTIVE

FCIPL will invest its CSR resources in thrust areas such as Education, Training to skilled workers, Health, Environmental Sustainability, national heritage, rural sports, Funds set up by the Central Government, Technology, etc. that help to build the nation and the economy.​
Promoting education, including special education and employment enhancing vocation skills especially among children, women, elderly, and the differently abled and livelihood enhancement projects.

Wider Scope

Eradicating hunger, poverty and malnutrition, promoting preventive health care and sanitation including contribution to the Swachh Bharat Kosh set-up by the Central Government for the purpose of sanitation and making available safe drinking water.
Promoting gender equality, empowering women, setting up homes and hostels for women and orphans; setting up old age homes, day care centers and such other facilities for senior citizens and measures for reducing inequalities faced by socially and economically backward groups.

In accordance with the expectations of our directors, staff, customers, the community, and the requirements of the Law, we endeavor to always operate responsibly. 
Maintaining a reputation for the highest legal, moral and ethical standards in our dealings with our customers and other key stakeholders is critical for our ongoing success. Our CSR Policy has been developed to complement our core values of integrity, trust and acting responsibly.
